Appointed by the Owner/Developer to design and implement the core systems and operational framework necessary to reestablish a best-in-class homebuilding entity within Fiddler’s Creek, a nationally recognized master-planned community in Naples, Florida. This initiative was a key component to position the operation for long-term scalability and return on investment.
Taylor Morrison
2015-2019
Led the strategic redesign of procurement workflows and oversaw purchasing teams across three premier Florida markets—Naples, Sarasota, and Tampa to enhance cost control, vendor alignment, and build cycle efficiency. These efforts helped secure the division’s recognition as the most profitable in the company for multiple years and supported 1,800 + annual home closings.

Launched a startup division in Southwest Florida to decentralize procurement and contracting operations while leading full-cycle product development—from initial concept through model execution and into scalable production.
